After spending decades in the competitive dance world, I understand how we unconsciously internalize certain unhealthy body and food myths and why this can quickly conflict with our creative capacity.

My style is warm, engaging, and non-judgmental while also offering honest and direct feedback when appropriate. Therapy looks different for each unique individual. Over time, we’ll explore multiple modalities and challenge ways of thinking that no longer serve you.
