About Me
Change is rarely easy and we shouldn't have to do it alone. Together in therapy, we'll build a strong therapeutic relationship to understand all aspects of the unconscious mind, body, and spirit.
If you're looking to tackle issues like self-esteem, perfectionism, your relationship with your body and food, or are just looking to become unstuck from old patterns, you're in the right place.
I practice from a Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating framework to help you find peace with food and your body. After spending decades in the competitive dance world, I understand how we unconsciously internalize certain unhealthy body and food myths and why this can quickly conflict with our creative capacity.
My style is warm, engaging, and non-judgmental while also offering honest and direct feedback when appropriate. Therapy looks different for each unique individual. Over time, we’ll explore multiple modalities and challenge ways of thinking that no longer serve you. Based on my own experiences, I'm passionate about using your strengths and creative expression as a powerful tool for healing and growth.
As an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, I am currently practicing at Unfolding Self Psychotherapy under the supervision of Gaea Woods, LMFT #117978. I see clients both in-person in Los Feliz and virtually throughout California.
