I offer a collaborative space to uncover what is holding you back from living the life you envision.

Services

  • Adolescence is a time of great change—emotionally, socially, and physically. Teens often face complex challenges, from navigating school and social pressures to dealing with shifting family dynamics and developing their sense of identity. I aim to create a collaborative, safe, and non-judgmental space for teens to explore their thoughts and feelings. The tools they learn now will help them cope with the many challenges they’re likely to face ahead.

  • I work with adults struggling with a variety of issues including relationships, grief, career transitions, self-esteem, disordered eating, unresolved trauma, and more. Together, we'll identify the root causes of your struggles and develop practical tools to help you cope, heal, and grow. My approach is non-judgmental while also providing honest feedback to help you gain clarity, build emotional resilience, and discover new ways to approach life's challenges.

  • Therapy with families focuses on the system as a whole, understanding each individual member’s strengths and how they play a part in a family’s dynamic. As a team, we will aim to build connection, communicate effectively, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges together.

  • Healing cannot happen alone and group therapy offers a space to be seen and learn from the wisdom of others who may be struggling with similar things. I currently facilitate groups for teens and adults to navigate body image struggles and disordered eating based on the principles of intuitive eating, body respect, and making peace with food. Sometimes it’s easier to put words to feelings or experiences by hearing from others who have similar experiences. Reach out for current group offerings!

  • Body Image & Disordered Eating

After spending decades in the competitive dance world, I know how easy it is to internalize harmful myths about food and body image without even realizing it. These beliefs can quickly take over, leaving you trapped in constant worry about your next meal or how you look.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. There’s a life where thoughts about food and your body don’t dominate your days—where you have the time and energy to focus on the relationships and passions that truly matter to you.

I use a Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating approach to help you break free from the toxic grip of diet culture and body shame. But I also understand that body image is often just the surface. Together, we’ll dive deeper to explore how your past experiences shape your present, develop healthier ways to process emotions, and build tools that help you find peace with food, your body, and yourself.
